Ta-Nikka Harrison is the Founder and CEO of Leading Executively®, where she partners with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership, improve execution, and navigate complexity with greater clarity and confidence.

A seasoned strategist and ICF-ACC certified executive coach, Ta-Nikka brings more than two decades of experience across engineering, operations, supply chain, and transformation leadership. Her background gives her a unique perspective as an executive who can lead through technical complexity without losing sight of people, business priorities, or execution.

Before launching Leading Executively, Ta-Nikka served as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Cisco, where she led global teams responsible for complex product lifecycle operations across a broad portfolio. Over the course of her career, she has led large-scale transformation efforts, supported the integration of multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, and contributed to the operational excellence that helped Cisco achieve its first #1 ranking on Gartner’s Supply Chain Top 25.

Today, she works with executives, senior leaders, and leadership teams to build stronger alignment, sharpen decision-making, improve communication, and create the conditions for sustainable high performance. Her work spans executive coaching, leadership development, strategic facilitation, and advisory support for organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity.
